Professional Bio

Julie Doherty is the legal assistant for Christina Bradley. Julie Doherty is a native of Juniata County, with over 22 years experience as a legal assistant.

She is active in purebred dog rescue, and in 1997, worked with others to create a national rescue organization for Black & Tan Coonhounds. Since then, she has personally fostered 52 dogs of that breed.

Julie has trained several of her own pets as therapy dogs, and together, they have visited convalescent homes throughout Perry & Juniata Counties to provide pet therapy for the residents.

Interests

In her spare time, she is an aspiring novelist and a canine artist. In 2010, she donated over 2,000 of her dog breed coloring books to children's charities, including Children's Cancer Recovery and Ronald McDonald House.
