Victim of ATV Accident Receives $300,000 Settlement
A teenager driving his friend's dad's ATV in Mifflin County lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree stump. As a result of the accident, the victim fractured his shoulder blade, had fluid in his lungs, and fractured his spine. The spine fracture caused permanent paralysis in the victim's lower body.
Following the accident, the victim's guardian contacted Freeburn Law founding attorney, Richard Freeburn. Freeburn took the case and resolved it for $300,000.
