Deborah L.Packer
Deborah L. Packer graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law. Following graduation, she received her Master of Public Administration from Penn State and worked for the Pennsylvania State Police before attending law school. She received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Ms. Packer is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Packer is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and focuses her practice on Social Security and Workers’ Compensation matters. She has been named as a Super Lawyer and has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She is a former adjunct professor at Elizabethtown College and the Harrisburg Area Community College. Ms. Packer has served on committees for the Humane Society of Harrisburg and United Cerebral Palsy of Central Pennsylvania. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the S. Wilson and Grace M. Pollock Foundation and is a member of the Planning Commission for West Hanover Township.
