Eighty Year Old Woman Becomes Fourth Pit-Bull Attack Victim in City of Harrisburg in 2011: An 80 year old woman was walking with her 90 year old husband on Friday morning, June 10, 2011, in the 3300 block of North Fourth Street in the City of Harrisburg, when she was attacked by Pit bull. She suffered a broken hip, broken leg and a dog bite on her arm. The police are investigating, and the dog’s owner may be charged with harboring a dangerous dog, failure to restrain a dog and failure to have the dog vaccinated for rabies. The owner agreed to have the dog put down.
