Route 30 in Lancaster County Remains Closed Following Accident
An accident involving 2 tractor trailers and 2 cars took place around 5am this morning. The accident occurred on Route 30 in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County, near Oakview Road. Route 30 is still closed in both directions and there are major delays in the surrounding area as traffic is being detoured. The drivers of the four cars were injured, 2 suffered minor injuries and 2 were taken to area hospitals.
According to WGAL, it appears as though one of the tractor trailers failed to slow down when going onto Route 30, causing the accident.
