Ryan McDaniel was born in Pittsburgh, PA and went to high school in the Harrisburg area. He graduated from The University of Scranton in 2008 and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2011.

Prior to joining Freeburn Law, Ryan represented insurance companies and their insureds in automobile and premises liability matters. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania and has represented clients in trial, arbitration and mediation.
